We are currently looking for 2 assistant managers who see, understand, and believe in our vision and goals, and are ready to get in on the ground floor – and stick around - to help grow the company to its fullest potential.

While all Anemoia team members are cross-trained and should be able/willing to handle whatever needs to be done on a daily basis (within reason), the assistant manager positions we are seeking to fill would focus on the following:

Assistant Administrative Manager:

  • Traits: Methodical, organized, analytical, data-driven
  • Duties: Inventory, scheduling, event coordination and oversight, training, reporting

Assistant Creative Manager:

  • Traits: Creative, out of the box thinker who can take ideas and see them to fruition
  • Duties: Social media, marketing, event planning, merchandising

Shared responsibility daily tasks for all team members include (but are not limited to):

  • Customer service and sales, in-store and online
  • Shipping online orders
  • Receiving stock orders
  • Keeping shop tidy & clean
  • Restocking displays
  • Occasional event work
  • Day-end reports

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend or rotating weekends
  • Tuesday through Friday


  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Management: 1-2 years minimum (Required)
  • Social media/marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Retail: 2 years (Required)
  • Boutique/small business: 2 Years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute: Orange Park, FL 32065 (Required)
