Our Dreamscapes cover, recreating a work by Catrin Welz-Stein, suggests the eruption of creativity that happens when we find ourselves in that liminal place between waking and dreaming. It arrests the eye while representing the uncontrollable and barely knowable nature of creativity in its purest form.

Free your mind from creative restrictions and fill it with wistful wonderment in our Free Your Mind series. German artist Catrin Welz-Stein combines elements of surrealism and the subconscious mind to create beautiful and complex images. Beginning in 2009, Welz-Stein has combined old illustrations and photographs to create dream-like digital collages. At the same time, she discovered online social networks and her private images were then open to the public. The positive responses Catrin received were her motivation to further pursue her art. In her work as a graphic designer Welz-Stein brings her digital skills to create a wonderful crossover between the artistic and subconscious realm we all encounter within ourselves.
Drawing on her extensive background in graphic design, Welz-Stein’s art displays influences from varying mediums, from classic children’s literature to surrealism and folklore. Using both old images and illustrations, elements are added and retouched and removed to create something stirringly unique.
Your creative mind will be aflutter with inspiration and possibilities when paired with this dreamy journal cover. Butterflies burst and envelop the scene, signifying the eruption of new life to ideas and creativity in this Dreamscapes journal design. Peer through the doors and windows of your imagination to find what exists inside. We invite you to fly with possibility and glance through the eyes of this digital art design.

Weighty and substantial but slim enough for very small hands to remain comfortable. I went with EF and it has been very consistent without skipping or issue. The clip is tight enough to perform adequately.
Anemoia was nice enough to juice up my pen at a pen show with Tom’s Studio ink and I was thrilled. Will be stopping by the store for more goodies soon.
Fabulous pen. I love how well the shape of the bulbous part seats in my hand with well balanced weight. I love that the brass nib holder is easily adjusted to suit an angle that works best for me, and that it is capable of use for left, and right handed persons.
This a a place that has something for everyone. The items are different, beautiful, and allows you to be as creative as you want.
You can shape it to look like roots on a tree.
I love the texture it adds.
Great color and coverage for the price point. Excellent choice for fountain pen beginners.
The Notepad that was sent did not include the screw set .. I chatted with the representative and they were going to contact me back and never did
These are great for so many things- ornaments, Journaling or tags
Good clip. It doesn't stick up past the top of the page and get in the way like other brass clips.
